The results of the reconstructive operations put into practice under biliary tracts corrosive stricture can’t be considered satisfactory. Unacceptable results are observed in 12-30% cases, they are connected with biliary-enteric anastomosis cicatrization. Use of transhepatic drainage is determined by the level of damage and a condition of bile ducts. Explores the causes of unsatisfactory results of primary reconstructive operations.
