Holonic approach to control intellectual developing learners

Analysis of the features of modern society, trends in the development of educational systems, state general secondary and higher education in Russia, as well as the results of ascertaining experiment reveal the complex contradictions: between the new identity requirements of the family, the state, the vocational training system to the quality of individual intellectual development and the level research control intellectual development of students; between the need for an individual approach to the development of a unique and intellectual identity of each student in a group and the absence of the indicative range of relevant fundamentals, teaching tools, designing and organizational skills of many teachers; between the broad didactic possibilities of modern training equipment, technical training and the lack of adequate teaching materials that provide system control intellectual development of students (CIDS) with a high level of assimilation of the academic content. These contradictions determine the relevance and the need to create modern intelligent control concept of the development of learners, adequate characteristics of the information society. This article describes holonic approach to solving this problem, according to which organizational system does not provide for the separation of managing and managed subsystems. Delegation is the leadership part of the administrative functions to ordinary employees is necessary in the management of diversity and the possibility of "obtaining reliable results from unreliable components", which in the end, and provides the educational organization as macro holon and its individual members, the sustainability and survival in a changing world.
