Economic characters of animals of the different holstein breed lines

The article presents the results of comparative assessments of economic characteristics of Holstein cows of different lines in breeding farms of Tatarstan Republic. Indicators of dairy productivity and duration of economic use of Holstein cows in three breeding farms are characterized by economic characteristics of animals of the Reflection Sovering line (LLC Agroindustrial Company Food Program) have the milk yield of 9894 kg for 305 days of lactation, a live weight gain of 565 kg, a milk index is 1751; V.B. Aidiala (LLC Tukaevsky") milk yield for 305 days of lactation – 7151 kg, live weight gain of 604 kg, milk content index – 1184; Reflection Sovering (LLC Agrofirma Vozrozhdenie) milk yield for 305 days of lactation – 8824 kg, live weight gain – 589 kg, milk content index – 1498. The existing differences in the reproductive qualities of animals may be due not to linear affiliation but to the prevailing economic conditions of operation of the breeding stock of the herd. In general, the animals of all analyzed lines correspond to the dairy productivity direction.
