In this paper the authors studied and analyzed by means of diagnosis of endogenous intoxication by using gas-liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry in 120 patients with obstructive jaundice. With the help of factor analysis determined the value of specific weights of intestinal toxic metabolites and assessed the degree of intoxication.
