Chronic urogenital diseases in children and adolescents in the city of Omsk

Starting from 2003 to 2007 complex epidemiological study of kidney pathologies in children from 0 to 17 years old was conducted in Omsk to improve medical health provided to children with chronic diseases. It was established, that long-term annual average frequency index of this pathology was 533,1 / 100 thousand of children population. This index has a tendency to decrease in dynamics. The pathology structure mostly consists of chronic pyelonephritis (45,34%) and vesicoureteral reflux (17,71%). Moreover chronic kidney pathology was more often registered among girls.
