Fiction literature as the sphere-source of the precedent phenomena in the English mass media

The article deals with the results of the study based on the papers of the English mass media where there are used the precedent phenomena related to the fiction literature. There is analyzed the frequency of the appeals to the works included in Top 100 Books: The Meta-List of the journal “Newsweek” in the network posts of the corporations CNN and BBC.
