Artistic talent as a special kind of creative talent

The article deals with the current issues of artistic talent, the background of its origin and the conditions of the development. There are analyzed the approaches to the definition of the artistic talent. There are considered the issues of teachers’ training for gifted children. The author reveals the problems of the development of artistic talent in the modern system of education.
