This paper raises are relevant to modern social and cultural and cultural-leisure activities, the problem of optimization of pedagogical technologies of creation of cultural and recreational programs. Historically and scientifically meaningful art-work of cultural institutions is the basis for confirmation of the status of pedagogical technologies as a generic phenomenon of cultural and leisure activities, and technologies of creation of cultural and recreational programs. Optimization of these technologies involves the understanding of a specialist leisure and cultural activities of the nature and content of the artistic and pedagogical components, their functional properties, technologies of their interaction in the cultural and leisure programme, knowledge and skills to integrate them into the program content. Emphasizes the pedagogical role and peculiarities of the perception of the audience (recipient) as the primary perceptual-cognitive process of mastering cultural and leisure programs.
