Art museums of the south of Russia in the system of applied tasks of cultural policy: specificity of corporate social responsibility

The problem posed in the article is the ratio of explicit and implicit corporate social responsibility of individual art museums in southern Russia, expressed in the content of their official sites. The author reviewed the structure and content of official Internet sites of central and regional art museums. It was concluded that the creation and development of the websites is an initiative of the institutions themselves and indicates the subjectivity of their creators in the cultural policy of the state. Identified the shortcomings of the official sites of museum institutions. The productivity of the qualitative discourse analysis of the “messages” of the subjects of political discourse on the Internet from a pragmatic standpoint is underlined. It is argued that the lack of budgetary incentives for the development of the information environment of regional art museums leads to their orientation towards their own pragmatic considerations and ideas about CSR. It is pointed out the need to measure cultural development indicators and the promise for introducing a rating assessment of the work of the authorities of the regions, stimulating their competitiveness.
