Art world of the poetry of “silent lyriсists” by the Ukrainian sixtiethianness

Prominent artistic phenomenon in the Ukrainian literature, along with other national cultures and literatures of the 1960-70s, is trend of so called “quiet lyrics”. This poetic movement, declared in the 1960s, postulated specific spiritual and aesthetic vectors and thematic interests, consonant with presumptions of the previous literary era. This papers studies phenomenon of “quiet lyrics” as unusual literary pattern. The attention is focused on the motive-figurative diversity in the creation of outstanding representatives of the “quiet poetry” of Ukrainian sixties. as V. Bazilevsky, V. Didenko, P. Zasenko, V. Korzh, V. Luchuk, B. Mamaisor, P. Perebiynis, V. Pidpaly, V. Yarynich, way of life each of which formed personal drama. In their “quiet lyrics” pathos of the apology of good and beauty, naturalness in everything, life in fullness of its manifestations prevails, by the astute look in the past is distinctly traced. Poetry of these masters about the world and the depth of the human soul, the discovery of unknown truths and new ways of life, the disturbing spirit of search and discovery was common for the literary process of the time. Representatives of the “quiet lyrics” were creative individuals, their social positions were not the same in all, but common was their orientation for a certain system of ethical and aesthetic coordinates: they oppose to journalism and “revolutionary” publicity of the 1960s their e elegiac mood, to the dreams of social renewal their own idea of return to the origins of folk culture. Analysis of the key images as the concepts of the authors’ creativity, such asnative land, homeland, mother, beloved, nature, allows to note characteristic features of the lyric heritage of these artists, such as meditative, philosophism, elegiac, candor, deep folklorism.
