The ideas of the aesthetic education in the ancient and modern China

The article deals with the practice of the aesthetic education in the ancient Chinese Civilization. There is demonstrated, what ideas of the aesthetic education were dominant in the different periods of the development of the People’s Republic of China, in particular the philosophy of Confucianism and Daoism. The author underlines that the synthesis of the theories has created the unique basis for the modern concept of the aesthetic education, that is based both on the experience of the ancientry and the Marxism ideas of the equality, patriotism, freedom, etc.
