The idea of the legality of the implementation of legal responsibility

Strengthening the rule of law and the rule of law in police activities is possible through a proper understanding of the principle of legality of the application of legal responsibility. Judicial practice is presented, showing that law enforcement officers sometimes ignore the purpose of the police and the principles of its activities enshrined in federal legislation, which automatically creates an omission of legality. The author shares his vision of the tasks of legality in the application of administrative responsibility measures by the police.
