Identity of personality as a multivariate competence

In the article a concept «multivariate competence of personality» is introduced. It is considered from the premordia-listic approach and includes ecological, ethnic and civil identity, it is being proved that just multiculturalism in education is the only efficient way of possibility of identity formation.
