This paper presents the results of DNA analysis to identify genetic mutations GSD and FXID at thoroughbred and hybrid Holstien stud bulls. In the stud bulls detected only a mutation in gene responsible for FXID ; the frequency of the mutant allele «-» FXID in heterozygous was 0,007.
