Recessive allele er2 controlled shortpetiole erectoid leaf of K561 and KG27. Another recessive allele er1 controlled longpetiole erectoid leaf of VK268, KG102 and K562. Gene Er had epistatic action over er1 and er2, so as er2 - over er1.
