Identification and commercial quality assessment bean coffee

The article presents the identification and assessment of the quality of coffee beans sold at Satellite LLC, the samples were subjected to organoleptic and physico-chemical analysis, the quality of the studied samples corresponded to the stated requirements. Sample №2 (Regola Del Tre P coffee) was recognized as the best sample based on a set of indicators. It was found that this sample is characterized by a lower proportion of broken beans (2.5%), which is due to denser quality packaging and a reduced likelihood of deformation of coffee beans in the packaging during transportation. Based on the research, practical recommendations were made.
