Ideological and personnel tools of the social technology in the small business management

The research defines the term ‘social technology’. The specific nature of the social technology is considered in the context of the small business management. It implies the construction of an algorithm to carry out the company’s activities and the multiple use to address the similar challenges and achieve specific results. The purpose of the social technology is to optimize the management process in a small business in order to obtain social and economic results. To improve the company’s management effectiveness, it is necessary to use the best technology tools in practice. The tools of the social technology applied to the small business management include ideological, personnel, technological, social and economic, information, and communication ones. The paper presents the findings of an empirical study on the effective/ineffective ideological and personnel tools of the social technology within the small business management by a case study of trade, manufacturing and construction companies. The authors reveal that many ideological and personnel tools are underutilized in the enterprise management.
