Ideological mechanism as a moral foundation for environmental law

The article analyzes the need for the development of environmental protection mechanisms, caused by the need to overcome the current environmental crisis. At the same time, the ideological mechanism is considered as a fundamental mechanism of environmental law, which allows creating the moral foundations for the activity of this industry and forming an environmentally oriented worldview in people, expressed in understanding the need for harmonious interaction between society (man) and nature.
