The iconostasis of St. Nicholas Church of the ethnographic museum of the Transbaikal peoples: an iconographic analysis

The article presents an iconographic analysis of the local tier of the iconostasis in St. Nicholas Church of the Ethnographic Museum of the Transbaikal peoples. It focuses on the specificities of the iconographic themes in the overall composition of the iconostasis. The obtained results contradict the traditional information about the lost icons of the iconostasis and require further research.
