Simulation modeling of the nonstationary system of the queue service of the mercantile business

This article is concerned with the development of the theory of queue service applied to nonstationary systems. The authors provide analysis of the intensiveness of the input and output consumer traffic in the system of queue service of a mercantile business. They suggest an economic and mathematical model, technique and software support for the digital statistical modeling which provides optimization of the queue system with nonstationary input traffic and variable system characteristics. Potential of the suggested toolkit is shown by the example of a real mercantile business.
