Imitational exercises copying movements of extremities for learning complex-coordinated throws

The paper informs that more complicated external conditions because of the stricter responsibility considerably lower the possibility of making complexcoordinated throws at the early stage of education. Therefore the task of taking off such a responsibility was put and it was connected with the studying the principal movements with the extremities independently of throws fulfillment. So, imitational hands and legs movements were prepared for this purpose. These exercises were just of the same kind as the extremeties movements while fulfilling such complex-coordinated throws (according to the united classification of technical actions in sports wrestling).
