In the article one can find the analysis of verbalization of mystical experience in prayers. The analysis of verbalization of some non-verbalized in prayer and hymnography is important part of studying mystical experience in its different aspects. In this article two texts become examples for such analysis: akathist and kanon to our Sweetest Lord Jesus Christ. These two texts were influenced by hesychasm with its so called “Jesus prayer” which is based on repeating the holy name of Jesus that goes with different definitions aimed to express mystical experience of God-communication in usual (human) words. Also inner experience is expressed in these texts through the body images: odor (smell), taste, sight. In the poetics of akathist and kanon the experience of expressing non-continuing living God-communication is found out. Also there some semantic parallels with Western Christian prayers, especially with the Litany and the Franciscan spirituality
