In article results of analytical and pilot studies of process of microencapsulation of pro-biotic mikrooganizm are given to gels of biopolymers. The look and amount of the most optimum biopolymers, parameters of process of microencapsulation is established. Ways of prolongation of expiration dates of bacterial preparations in the immobilized and microencapsulated look are defined.
