Aim. To evaluate the immunocorrecting effect of complex treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) with the use of combined exposure to magnetolaser therapy (MLT) and red light. Materials and methods. The study included 120 men with a diagnosis of CP/CPPS (III B), in the acute stage. All patients were randomized into 2 groups. The main group consisted of 60 patients who received a basic treatment, including drug therapy, prostate massage, diet therapy, therapeutic exercises, as well as combined effects of MLT and red light. The comparison group consisted of 60 patients receiving only basic treatment. The immunocorrecting effect of the treatment was evaluated in the dynamics before and immediately after therapy by measuring the concentration of secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA) in the prostate secretion, as well as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β). Results and discussion. In the main group of studied after treatment there was an increase in the concentration of sIgA in the secretion of prostate by 2,1 times (р
