Immunological barreness: problems and possibilities

The problem of early losses of pregnancy and its absence for many years remains actual. Compatibility of spouses more than on 3 antigens of system HLA is considered the factor raising risk of early losses of pregnancy, including because of infringement of process of implantation of an embryo. However till now there are no the accurate criteria, allowing to predict probability of a positive outcome of pregnancy or extra-corporal fertilization for pair with concrete antigens of HLA system, or by means of donor programs.
