Educational imperatives in modern society

The article deals with the imperatives of modern education. The paper shows the ideological and axiological universals of ethical aspect in education. Education is defined as a process of knowledge and skills transmission from one person to another. Based on current scientific knowledge and culture, the fundamentalization of education is considered to be an imperative of the modern reform. The innovative educational culture requires the formation of a new person; this fact places the special responsibility on socialization and various educational institutions. The ethical basis of modern relationships is the perception of reality in the system of cultural reality, which is based on information. The individual must determine the external relations in the worldview system. The ideological and axiological universals are similar because the axiological universal is a value in the individual thinking, in its philosophical reflectivity. The ideological universals in education need to be translated through the axiological ones: goodness, love, friendship. The ideology is not only perceived but also felt by individual world perception, passed through the inner categorical and conceptual framework of the individual. The innovative processes in the educational culture contribute to the formation of the innovation culture, a particular form of individual culture. The innovative culture is the ability of the society having its humanitarian, technical, social and economic environment to the perception of innovations. The subject becomes a creator of primary units, which later can be explicated as frames. The methodical knowledge of innovation culture will contribute to professional challenges in terms of innovations and changes in the educational system.
