The article presents research results of implicit concepts concerning crews trust of auxiliary ships of the Russian Navy. Based on the respondents' answers the author makes a connection between trust and knowledge of the communication partner, examination of the partner in different real world situations. The article identifies the personality characteristics of crews deserving trust. Moral and communicative qualities are considered to be the most significant.
