Property relations among the traditional peoples of Sayan-Altai

The article examines the history of the development of property relations of the Sayan-Altai peoples from the beginning of the 18th century to the present day. As a result of the examination, the features of the legal sources of these peoples, used by them to regulate social relations, were identified. The role of customs in regulating property relations of the peoples of Khakassia, Tyva, Altai and other regions in whose territory the peoples live is revealed.
