Individual methodological system of college teacher

This article describes the essence of teacher’s methodological system, its individual context in accordance with understanding the nature of professional activities in college. Author highlights mobility of the individual methodological system elements, which depends on teacher’s gaining new professional and life experience. Author describes the idea that methodological system defines boundaries to teachers’ achieving the objectives of professional activities that opens up opportunities to use new pedagogical means in educational activities. Consideration of the basic functions (gnoseological, designing, implementational and reflexive) of the individual methodological system provides its holistic representation. These functions were interpreted in the context of the formation and functioning of individual methodological system. The interrelation of teacher’s active position in implementing methodological system and college students’ education quality improvement is shown. Special attention is paid to substantiation of the individual methodological system content and structure.
