Individual research project as the tool of vocation-oriented education in modern educational environment of school and pedagogical university

The conditions of efficiency of career guidance counseling with school children in the sphere of pedagogical profession are described. The implementation of these conditions in profile psychological and pedagogical classes is analyzed. The experience of networking support of project and research activity of senior high school students from the side of pedagogical university as the means of vocation-oriented education in the pedagogical sphere is presented.
