Individual approach as a condition of effectiveness of sports training

Any pedagogical process is based on didactic principles. General pedagogical principles are a kind of general guide to action in all areas of education and upbringing. But as generalized provisions, they, of course, do not reveal the specific laws of each separate type of education. Possible methodological techniques for implementing an individual approach in sports training are presented in this article.
