Nanotechnology industry: challenges and prospects of the institutional regulation in Russia

The main problems and prospects of nanotechnology's institutional regulation of the Russian Federation have been identified and discussed in the article. The features of the creation and marketing of nanotechnology in the country and abroad have been described. A new model of the regulatory regime and main ways of its implementation is proposed.
