Inertial features of crime in the Siberian Federal District

The article examines the trends in the development of regional crime and its distinctive features based on a priori data on crime in the Siberian Federal District and its constituent entities. Mathematical statistics is used to analyze the statistical indicators. Criminological differences in crime by categories and types are illustrated based on using relative and index indicators in dynamics. An examination of key statistical characteristics of crime allows to identify key trends in regional crime development, as well as to identify structural changes and growth rates for individual criminological indicators.
