Information security as an area of responsibility libraries: the social aspect

In 21 centure information has become the most powerful weapon to manipulation of the public conscience, both on a personal and collective levels, so it is very important, as quickly as possible to find the right way to Orient in the information space. In our opinion, libraries, which have huge experience and knowledge, should become a platform where anyone can obtain sufficient and necessary information literacy skills.
