Information security: a fundamental aspect of digitalization of education

The main direction of modernization of education at the moment is its digitalization. The transfer of education to a new, different from the previous, information environment implies the emergence of new threats to students in terms of interaction with the digital information environment. This article considers information security as a fundamental aspect of digitalization of education, analyzing the existing experience of distance education.
