The article deals with a wide range of issues, which are related to the most urgent problems and prospects of development of information system of support of persons with disabilities and persons with disabilities to receive professional education and training. The results of the study the official websites of professional educational institutions of Chelyabinsk region are analyzed in order to detect the presence of a special section for the disabled and persons with disabilities.
