Information and analytical support in solving the problem of discrete economic management of industry 4.0 business

The article considers the problem of economic management of Industry 4.0 manufacturing business carried out using information and analytical support. We propose an economic and mathematical toolkit of intra-company management, which comprehensively reflects the quantitative indicators of the functioning of poly-subject management and the organizational hierarchical-heterarchical structure of the business in the performance of the economic system. The toolkit is implemented within the boundaries of the methodology of discrete management of economic systems and involves clocked synchronization of natural and artificial intelligence solutions in management business processes. The toolkit is intended for practical use in production management carried out in the information and communication environment of high-tech business.
