Information and communication technologies and network economy as a factor of economic development

The article is devoted to a description of the implementation of cross-platform specialized software for company employees directly involved in the construction and use of the network, which is capable of completely or significantly eliminating human factor problems while on site and reducing the time of network outages during technical work. Despite the simplicity of design and implementation, there was evidence of a significant reduction in time, as well as a significant reduction in the number of errors when reconfiguring network segments.
