Information and computer technologies in the professional activity of a higher school teacher

The article discusses the problems of using information and computer technologies in the work of university teachers, in particular, the use of mobile applications in teaching a foreign language. The paper analyzes the possibilities of mobile devices and technologies in the learning process. The authors note that the introduction of strategies, forms and methods of mobile learning requires both organizational efforts and systematic and in-depth methodological, research work on the part of the scientific community. The rapid increase in the amount of information and unlimited access to it implies constant updating of the content of existing training courses, the introduction of new technologies into the educational process.
