Information and educational environment of the university: legal framework, ways of improvement

The relevance of the article is due to the increased public needs for the organization of distance learning for various reasons, as well as the establishment of the official status of a distance worker in the field of labor relations. The purpose of the article is to review Russian legislation in terms of the fundamental foundations of legal regulation of the functioning of the electronic informational and educational environment (IOS) of universities. The key idea is that, despite the powerful development of electronic IOS, it is necessary to preserve and develop the traditional information and educational environment. Achieving a greater individual and collective educational result involves the selective use not only different forms and methods of teaching, but also the optimal combination (establishment of a balance) of the use of traditional and electronic IOS in academic disciplines, topics, questions, types of tasks and assignments.
