Information and psychological security of the individual in social networks

The article considers the concept of information and psychological security of a person in social networks, using the example of the Vkontakte network. There are unresolved problems of violation of security and constitutional rights of the individual in the virtual space. Following the proposed rules and taking care of personal safety can contribute to the formation and development of the information culture of the individual. Modern science and policy in the field of education considers the development of technologies in the field of children's information security as an important component of the educational process training that provides filling the information vacuum of the student in the field of safe information. A number of federal projects are aimed at creating a comfortable information environment that meets the age and personal needs of children. The time of use of social media by minors and the quality of content are recommended to be strictly controlled. The use of social networks by children should be regulated at the legislative level. Development of new strategies for social network developers to work with children and adolescents acquires the status of a necessity in modern conditions.
