Information support of land administration

The article deals with the issues of information support of land management in the Russian Federation. The concepts of «information» and «informatization» and their content, the conditions for using information about land resources and other real estate objects, the main aspects of the formation of the information space of Russia are analyzed. It is concluded that for effective land management it is necessary to overcome the informational disunity of management structures and cadastres, as well as the pairing of new information technologies with traditional means of disseminating information.
