Law enforcement infrastructure in the digital economy of the Russian Federation

The author draws attention to the formation of digital forensics as a new branch of legal knowledge. The author analyzed the subject and methodology of digital traceology. The article studies the problem of digital identification of citizens when receiving services in public and private services, the need to ensure the security and safety of personal data, as well as the protection of citizens from cyber fraud. The author assesses the prospects for securing a special list of operational-search measures in relation to digital crimes.
