Infrastructure projects IT-master Pskov State University

The article focuses on the problem of forming the competences of Master degree designated in the State Educational Standard: the willingness to explore, design, organize and evaluate the implementation of the management process using innovative management techniques. It is proposed to make the latter the key one and use them in innovative projects for a special economic zone. Three projects, with preemptive protection of copyright and investment attractiveness are proposed.
