Initiative crimes detection employees of the Internal Affairs. Part one. (statement of the problem and theoretical characteristics)

The publication discusses the issue of increasing the initiative of the police officers to detect crimes, conducted a retrospective study of initiative in the activities of professional workers, analyzed the current state of initiative of employees of the internal affairs bodies, determined the conditions affecting the manifestation of initiative in the activities of various categories of officials.
