Inclusive media environment as a component of information-communicative universe

The article describes new ideas related to existence of a common media environment object - disabled people media community. The notion of inclusive media environment and its subjects are introduced for the first time, the terminological particularities and potentialities hereof as a tool aimed at its integration into society accepting “open world” values are denoted. The author generalizes the elements of media information education and signs of its presence in the existing socialization institutions at macro and micro factors levels.
