Inclusive education in the Kyrgyz Republic: status and problems of formation

The article deals with the problem of formation and development of inclusive education in Kyrgyzstan. The introduction of an inclusive approach to the education system of the Kyrgyz Republic implies the creation of conditions for improving the education system and social rehabilitation of students with special educational needs through the introduction of innovative technologies. The role of social rehabilitation centers in the practical implementation of inclusive education is shown. The author comes to the conclusion that the programs implemented so far in the field of inclusive education in Kyrgyzstan are mostly pilot in nature, requiring an integrated approach. In practice, there is often a gap between policies and practices for the development of inclusive education.
