Inculturation of personality in modern conditions

In the conditions of a developing digital society, the role of educational activity and saturation of learning with cultural material increases, which contributes to the process of inculturation, which is the entry of a person into culture and the development of values and traditions of this culture. Th e relevance of the problem of inculturation is determined by the fact that Russian society is a multicultural, multiconfessional educational environment. Th is determines the complex nature of Russian culture, which implies the need to solve the problem of inculturation associated with the preparation of young people to interact in conditions that ensure the cultural integrity of Russia.Th e article shows the possibilities of conscious formation of a person’s cultural identity to determine their place in the world of culture. Awareness of identity depends on the educational system with its goals and objectives. It is noted that the formation of a worldview also contributes to the development of civil identity. Th e inculturating structure is positively refl ected in the student’s personal world and depends on ensuring sustainable knowledge about culture and values. It is revealed that the saturation of the educational content with culturological orientation material and the use of forms of educational and extracurricular work for this purpose contributes to the improvement of the process of inculturation of personality.
