Innovative activity of the staff and ways of its incentive in the enterprise

The innovative activity of the personnel of any enterprise determines the effectiveness of its functioning due to the correspondence of time and the actual updating of the strategy of conducting production activities. This article discusses possible interpretations of this concept, ways to stimulate the innovative activity of personnel at the enterprise, describes methods and tools for implementing this process. The author's approach to systematization of the main motives influencing the level of innovative activity of the company's personnel is presented. The ways of manifestation of the company employees' interest in the development of the production process in a modernizing way are highlighted. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that support and development of innovative activity of employees implies the use of complex approaches combining material and non-material incentives, individual and group incentives, as well as direct participation of management in the development of innovative culture of the team.
