Innovative activity of preschool educational organizations: conditions of effectiveness

The article defines the role of innovative activities in the development of the preschool educational system. The reasons that prompt pedagogical stuff to introduce innovations are revealed. The conducted questioning of educators in kindergartens allowed to reveal the level of readiness of pedagogical stuff to develop and introduce innovations in the system of preschool education. The results of diagnostics have shown that educators have a sufficient level of susceptibility to innovations. Among the barriers hampering the inclusion into the innovation activities the author may name poor awareness, hard working conditions, lack of incentives.
